On Dec 23,2013 I recieved an update on my I765 -EAD application that
On December 23, 2013, we mailed the new card directly to the address we have on file. You should receive your new card within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.
I got the USPS tracking no. from the phone no mentioned above.When I contacted USPS ,they say that this tracking no has destination Virginia ,whereas I live in Wheeling.
I called USCIS again they say the tracking number is correct and we have shipped it to address of Wheeling.
What should I do now? This is my renewal EAD ,it got lost when I applied for the first time too.
Please advise/share your experience.
