Change of employment during H1: need Advance Parole?
I have concurrently filed I-140 and I-485 which are both pending. I am still on H1B, and my passport has H1B stamped till march 06. The question is that this H1 was stamped on the basis of emplyment with unversity 'A'. Now I am with univ. 'B' who has my new H1 papers approved till 08, yet the visa on my passport is on the basis of previos emplyment. Can I leave US and come back on the previous stamped H1 or do I need AP as I have filed I140 and I485, Please comment.
