Hi,
My wife has applied for EAD renewal(L2 Visa).Its expiring on 2/21/2014
USCIS shows status as new A# generated
Her Visa as of now is valid until 3/27/2014
I-94 is Valid until Jan-2015
I had few queries around this subject
1) Can she continue working post 2/21 , as visa is valid until 3/27 and I-94 upto Jan-2015
2) What does new A# generated status mean, does that mean that they have renewed her EAD
3) If I put this into premium processing, will it help expediting the process of EAD renewal.
