I am currently on F-1, graduating in May and my job starts mid-June.
We are planning on doing green card process (through marriage) in March 1st week.
Since my EAD card MIGHT NOT come in time (before mid June), is it alright to apply for my OPT EAD in mid-Feb to ensure that I have some kind of EAD when my work starts?
Is it a problem to apply for OPT EAD since it shows extension of non-immigrant intent?
