Adding spouse to EAD process while not on H1B

Hello,

I am on EAD and don't have H1B. I am planning to marry a girl in India. My PD is not current. Can I add her to EAD process? If not, do I have to wait till it becomes current? I am expecting my GC to come by the end of this year. What will happen once get my GC. Can I add my wife based on Family Based Visa number?

Please layout a complete picture of what options I have. Thank you for you help.
