Hello,
I intend to apply for the EAD for my wife and need some urgent help clarifying a few things -
1. Can the EAD only be applied before receiving the SSN? Or can we apply for the EAD, and then get the SSN? If yes, then do we need the EAD in hand to get the SSN?
2. Which of the two methods is faster - online or paper application?
3. Can the EAD be only applied for once my wife reaches US? Or can we make the application before she's arrived here?
