My wife is a beneficiary on my i-485 pending (AOS).
Her current Advance Parole valid dates are from January 31st 2013 to January 30th 2014
Last year, she traveled to India on March 26th 2013 and returned on June 10th 2013, on arrival at port-of-entry CBP officer stamped the parole document until June 9th 2014.
She applied for renewal of AP (form i-131) on October 28th 2013 and we still haven't received it yet (125 days)
She traveled out of US on the current AP on January 15th 2014 and stayed in India thinking that she has paroled/stamped until June 9th 2014, but her current AP expired on Jan 30th 2014 and she is stuck in India right now.
Can I mail her new approved Advance Parole document to India for her to travel back (re-enter) to United States. What are her options ? please advise.
