Hi,
I had completed the EAD application (formI-765) for my wife. My wife is on L2 visa (dependent) on me valid till 2016. I had L1 B Visa which expired in Nov 2013 and therefore currently I am on I94.
1) We have completed the application form I-765 online and paid the fees. Do we need to also fill up the form G-1145? I believe that Form G -1145 is required when you file under the USCIS Lockbox Facility?
2) What are the documents that we will be required to send to the USCIS. What we know is copies of the folowing docs we would be required to send. Please confirm if this is correct and complete. If there is anything missing please let us know.
1. copy of I94 both L1 and L2 visa holder
2. 2 photos
3. marriage certificate
4. L1A visa petition copy
5. copy of L1 holders passport and visa
6. copy of L2 passport and visa
7. Pay Slips of L1B Visa holder
3) Whether my wife is required to sign on the copies of the above document and then send it? Within how many days we need to send the copies of the above documents? Whether academic (educational ) documents copies are also required to be sent?
4) Do we need to submit photographs as well? If yes, can we submit the photographs that were used at the time of applying for the visa? I mean do the Visa photographs comply with the phtograph requirement for form I -765.
5) Whether my wife would be required to go for physical biometrics? If yes, when will it be required.
6) I believe the application for Form I765 would not have any impact for my wifes travel to India?
7) Any other things that we need to do if we are missing anything?
