Hi all,
Context:
My wife and I are both currently employed on EAD/AP. I am the primary applicant for GC (EB2 category). My H1-B expired in 2012 and I have switched companies and currently working on EAD. I expect to continue to work in the foreseeable future.
Question:
My wife applied and received admission offer from a university in North Carolina. My questions are:
1. Can she get admitted for full time study on EAD or do we need to apply for some other visa (F1 etc.)
2. After completion of her course if the GC is still pending, can she start working on EAD?
3. Does this affect her GC application in any way and if her GC is processed while she is studying, does that matter?
