Have been with my present company in US for 7 years.
They -
Sponsored filing of PERM II under EB2 and I140 - obtained in 2009
I485 - obtained in March 2012 for self, wife and child. Followed by EAD.
EAD - renewed in March 2013. Expenses borne by present company.
Currently working on EAD which is due for renewal in March 2015.
Now I am planning a job change in US and my present company says that they will cancel the sponsorship and I140. What does this mean?
Does it mean cancellation of I485 as well? I have always thought that one can change jobs on EAD(similar type of job) and file AC21 during the change.
