My EAD is valid till May 2015 and H1B is valid till May 2016.
As I travelled on my AP to India during Sept 2013, I have an AOS stamping till Sept 2014 and my I-94 also shows up till Sept 2014.
My spouse is on her H4 visa and she did NOT apply for EAD as she was in India during my EAD application. Now is her H4 status still valid and can she stay here in US as I am parolled ? Though she entered 2 months later than me into US (in Nov 2013), there was no questions at the port of entry.
There could have been similar questions in the forum. I am trying the get an insight on this based on similar recent experiences.
Please share and advise.
