AP - Emergency Travel

Hi,

I got my GC but my family is still under 485 pending status,I'm planning to schedule appointment at Infopass to request AP for my family as per my lawyer suggestion,since we have an emergency to travel,I'm going with emergency letter proff to Infopass.

I applied for AP and haven't received receipt yet,hope I will receive before I visit Infopass.

Will there be any problems for my family when we are returning any one experienced this situation?

I don't see any problem from what you describe.

there is a problem.

1)I went to Infopass for AP for my family they didn't issue saying Family emergency is mine not my wife and daughter and if I still want to try they suggested me to send request to Vermont Service Center by FedEx.
2) I sent FedEx to Vermont Service center.
3) Later called Cutomer Service and they adviced me that I need to send request and required docs by Fax,so I did sent 2days back and waiting for reply and we need to leave in 7days and no reply from them and we are still waiting.
