Applying for EAD from India after completion of studies
HI I applied for EAD for post completion OPT and returned to my home country after completing my degree. IT was declined as I did not apply within 30 days of getting my I-20 with DSO recommendation. I have got a new I-20 issued for OPT but I am outside US. Can I apply for EAD now from outside USA, please advise.
