Hi Everyone,
We submitted my wife's L2 based EAD application on 4/4 and got a notice of receipt on 4/10. It's been almost 3 months now, and we haven't gotten any notification for bio-metrics or the EAD card itself.
We called on the helpline and raised a query, but they have no update on it whenever I call back to inquire.
Can you please guide us in terms of next steps?
