I am currently on L1 visa with my spouse on L2 with EAD. She is currently working with having valid EAD.
I am in process of changing my employer and my new employer will soon file for E3 visa via COS (E 3 visa is similar to h1 but for Australian citizen). As part of this process my wife will now go on E3D (E3 dependent visa). E3D visa allow my wife to work with valid EAD.
MY QUESTION IS: does my wife needs to get a new EAD on E3D visa even though her current EAD is valid till Aug 2015? If so can she continue working during this EAD change/renewal process which I Believe takes 2-3 months?
