Hi,
Last time I traveled I used my AP when I returned to US. But that AP is since expired and I have filed for another AP, it looks like it will take 2-3 months to get the new AP.
I may need to travel 1st week of August, I still have a H4 stamp which is valid until Sep 2014.
My question is can I use my H4 to return to US(even though I used AP last time) if the new AP does not arrive in time??
