AP Question

My son went to India but his AP was expired, I thought it was valid since his paroled until stamp said Aug 21 2014. Now he was denied boarding the aircraft. Hi s I-485 is pending. My I-485 is pending. I'm on EAD and do not have H1 or L1 visa. Please advise what I should do now to get him back into the country.

If the Advance Parole was supposed to be good until Aug 21, then there must have been another reason (than AP expiratoin) for not being allowed to board the aircraft. It was an airline interpretation of his right to return to the U.S. and you must find out why his Advance Parole was not recognized.
