Possible expiring EAD. What are the options?
Hi,
My wife is a dependent applicant on my I-485. We both applied for EAD renewal 105 days before expiry (Sept 24) on June 12th. Mine got approved in 75 days. She got an RFE on the 90th day. We have still not received it in hand to respond.
She applied for interim EAD which is on hold because of the RFE. Read many things but no clear options so far.
Wanted to know in case the EAD is not renewed by Sep 24, what are her options? She is a lawyer. Mine is an Employment based EB-3 application.
The EAD case is with the Texas Service Center. I have an InfoPass appointment at 9:00 AM on Sept 24th...
