I - 765 Line 16 Category Question

Hello,

I am a US citizen and my wife is an international student with F-1 Student Visa. I submitted I-130 petition with my wife I-485 application. I want to submit an I-765 application for my wife, but don't know which category to select for line 16. Since she is current an F-1 Student status, should I select the (c)(3)(a) category for Foreign Student Seeking Optional Practical Training or select the (a)(9) category for K-3 Non-immigrant Spouse of US Citizen (But she doe not have a K visa)?

Since the I-765 basis is pending I-485, (C)(9) is the correct category for that question.
