Green Card application with/without H1B ?
Hello Everyone,
I am currently working on my OPT (F1- Visa) in USA. Is it possible for my employer to apply for my Green Card without applying for H1-B. In other works, DO I NEED AN H1-B VISA TO APPLY FOR GREEN CARD?
I tried searching for this information online but couldn't catch hold of anything.
