EAD Processing Dates in Vermont

I found that the dates of EAD processing in Vermont shows Aug 27th. I posted my EAD extension form on 12th Nov 2005 and my earlier EAD was expiring on 15th Nov 2005. I just wanted to know how long this process will take and anyone who got their EAD recently just let me know when they applied it for.
How long it will take for the receipt to came and can we accept a job with the receipt. Please help me.
