  • Advance parole

    Hi There,

I'm on H1b currently and have applied for marriage based green card and advance parole 2 months ago. We are planning to travel outside the US in next 3 weeks. My current H1 hasn't been stamped yet. I know it takes average 3 months to get the advance parole approved but is there any chance I can get the travel permit in less than 3 months. Please share your experience.

    Thanks

When you return to the US, you will either need approved Advance Parole or you will have to get your H1 visa stamped.
