  • First time travelling on Advance Parole

Hi, This is first time I have to travel on advance parole. I entered US on H4 and my I-94 was expired on Dec 2003 and applied 485 on March 2004(Before 180 days). Now I am on legal status 'AOS pending'. I have valid Advance parole(3 copies, sent by USCIS) in hand and travelling to India on 12/8/05. My question is
    1. Which documents I have to give to airport authorities while departing.? Do I have to handover a copy of advance parole or just expired I-94??
    2. Do I have to handover advance paroles anywhere at flight change in abroad or in india? I am travelling on Northwest and Do I need transit visa at amster dam?
    3. Do I have to show any additional documents while re-entering US in addition to advance parole and passport? If yes, what are they.
    4. Do I have to inform USCIS about my departure or arrival because of my I-485 is pending? If yes, please suggest how and where I have to inform.
    5. Last and very important question. Is there any kind of risk for the processing of I-485 if I travel on Advance parole.

    Thanks in advance
    -Aji
