So here's my case. My husband applied for the green card through his company for both of us. He also has his H1b - so he's good
I came here on an F1 visa, got an EAD through my OPT worked for a year till that expired. Got my new EAD based on the pending 1-485 status and an working on that. On the EAD card it says "Serves as I-512 Advanced Parole".After my F1 I don't have any other visa stamp on my passport and that visa of course expired.
Can I travel outside India? Is the EAD card with the advanced parole sentence enough? I don't have a valid visa status, I have a valid EAD and am on the pending 1-485 status.
