Traveling back in US

Hi there!

I was granted EAD/Advance parole ( combo card) pending I485 marriage with US citizen. I came in US with J1 aupair and later on changed my status to be F1 student. Almost a year I got married with US citizen. I filed the AOS package on Sep 22 2014. I didn't show up either or pay tuition since I got recieves from USCIS. Is it safe to come back in US by using advance parole?

My mom got a serious health issue and need a big surgery. I am really want to see my mom.

You're good to go,Last year my doughter allso came to India with her combo card (Advance Parole)she had no problem to re entry to USA
