Does EAD place restrictions on work location?

I am currently on H1B and expect to file for EAD next year (with I-485). Assuming the EAD is approved, can I work in any US state or only in the state where I'm currently living? Are there any special restrictions on the type or location of work that can be done, using the EAD? Thanks for any info.

Hi researcher,

once u start working with your EAD then you will be no longer on H1B. Incase if your I-485 is denied then you cannot go back to H1B. Always better to be in safer side. Yes! you can work anywhere in US with EAD.
