I am currently maintaining my H1B status with my employer and I also have an EAD. I have launched my own company and I would like to work for my company and give a partial amount to my employer to run my payroll to maintain my H1B status. Is this legal? Pls advice me, how can I work for my own company and how to maintain valid H1B status.
