Leaving country with out AP

I had applied for AP but yet to get the approval. Is that a problem leaving the country before getiing advance parole in hand. or I can leave next week and can ask my friend to send it to my india address later on...

As per the law, NO. U have to be in USA while ur AP is approved.

You get your AP then you leave the country. USCIS will consider that you are abandoning your adjustment (AOS). So DONT LEAVE WITHOUT YOUR AP.
