Got RFE on I765 ( NIW self petition, I-140 pending ), ask me submit the following:
1. Submit a copy of the nonimmigrant employer's most recent notice approving his/her status. (what CIS is looking for? employ letter? offer letter from new employer?)
2. If you were previously issued an EAD, Submit a copy of front of the most recent card, clearly showing your photograph and card information. ( easy, NO )
3. A copy of both sides of your Form I-94, Arrival/Departure Record. ( easy to do, but I am sure I have submitted most recent I-94 with both sides. they lost ? Arrival/Departure record means everytime in/out USA by which documentation ?)
With the RFE, do I need to write a cover letter when I mail those out?
the File Num on the RFE letter is the same as the receitp letter.
