Posted this question in the wrong forum earlier
I'm currently working on CPT(From H4 to F1- CPT), planning to apply for H1B this year.
With EAD rule approved, I'm not sure which is the right path to take. Do I change back to H4(As I'm eligible for H4 EAD) right away? This means I'm losing my current job.
I'm confused.
Please suggest.
