Marriage while on EAD
Hello All,
I am new to this site and need your expert advise.
I am on EB3 with priority date in early 2005. I am currently on EAD with expired H1B. I tried to renew H1B a while ago, but was rejected since I started working on EAD by that time (my stupidity and ignorance of course).
I want to marry a girl in India and bring her here. I heard the only way she could come here is either H1B or F1 visa on her own.
Is that right? are there any other ways to bring her here?
