I have applied for GC through marriage. I submitted I-485, I-130, I-765 and I-693 on 02/28/2015 and got a confirmation with case # from USCIS that they received my application.

Question:

1. How long do I have to wait to get my work permit card?
2. I also need to travel to my home country in May, 2015. Can I apply for I-131 now? Do I need to wait until I receive I-797 letter from USCIS?
3. If I apply for I-131, how long do I have to wait to get travel document (Adavance Parole Document)?
4. I am currently on H1 visa, Do I need to go for H1 Visa stamping (stamping is not done yet) or I can come back to US with Advance Parole document?

ABOUT 3 MONTHS.

YOU SHOULD HAVE INCLUDED AN I-131 WITH YOUR I-485 SUBMITTAL PACKAGE. YOU CAN NOW SUBMIT IT WITH YOU HAVE A HARDCOPY RECEIPT NOTICE OF ACTION FOR YOUR I-485 FORM.

I CAN'T COMMENT ON YOUR 'H1 VISA STAMPING' ISSUE. NORMALLY, THE ADVANCE PAROLE DOCUMENT WILL ALLOW YOU TO REENTER THE U.S.
