The Green card was filed several yrs ago & currently I have EAD. The Greencard was filed on my spouse's name. We are married for several yrs & we have 3 minor kids & they are born in USA. We are from Turkey.
If I file legal separation of marriage now what will be status of my Greencard?
If I voluntary separation of marriage now what will be status of my Greencard?
Can I still stay in USA?
What option do I have in order to stay in US & continue my job? I don't have too much time left on my H1B.
Please help.
