Got EAD but no AP (status shows AP approved)???

Hi All,

I submitted applications for EAD + AP for my wife and me. My wife got her EAD+AP card for two years, while I got only an EAD card. The EAD card says NOT VALID FOR RENTRY TO US. The online tracker shows that my AP was approved.

This is our third card, the old cards were EAD+AP cards.

Can anyone tell us more about this, what can I do to get the AP? I have to take an urgent trip and am not sure what to do. Your input would be appreciated.
