Hi everyone,
I need some help. I got married under a K1 visa and filled for AOS, AP and EAD in February. I applyed for expedited processing for both the AP and EAD but only got approved for the EAD. Here's my problem: not only I still don't have the EAD but also we have a wedding ceremony and celebration out of the US in less than 2 months. Has anyone filled in 2015 and already got their EAD and AP back?
