Hi,
I am on H4 and am planning to apply for H4 EAD on May 26th.
I am travelling to India on June 9th and coming back on August 10th. While in India I will be getting my stamping done for H4 with extension valid up to September 2016.
Is it ok to apply for EAD and then go out of country while the H4 EAD is in process? Will the stamping process or going out of country effect the process of getting EAD?
