My EAD renewal is delayed for more than 90 days. I had already called the customer representative when it was past 75 days. She just raised a SR and gave me a request number. I didn't receive any response after that. Again I called on the 90th day. But the customer representative said that I can't raise a SR now and have to wait for 30 days from the day of the initial SR raised. I have also taken an info pass appointment next week.
What can I ask them ? Will they be able to issue an interim EAD, since it is past 90 days now. I am currently not employed, but unable to seek out for job since I don't have a valid EAD.
I also saw that I can write to OMBUDSMAN.. Is that effective ?
I would appreciate if anyone can help me in this regard.
