Dear Friends,
I have applied for H1b VISA Stamping at chennai Consulate, India on Oct 12th 2005 and waiting so far and there was no response. They are saying that my appl is pending for security clearance.
I have left USA on emergency on Sep 12th 2004 and my application was received by USCIS on Sep 14th. My Advance Parole was approved on Sep 29th 2005 and I-140 and EAD has been issued.
My question is can I travel to USA on AP even though my H1b is pending at the US Consulate.
Please help. I really appreciate it.
