Hi,
I have I-140 approved from my previous employer. My H1-B transfer is completed & i got 3 years extension based on that with the new employer where i accepted full time position. Even though my I-797 is approved(premium), my joining date with the new employer is 05/29/2015. My wife is applying for H4 EAD. In the form I-765, what should i answer to the question 18? My I-140 from my previous employer has its associated I-797 using which I-129 was applied. But, with my new employer i have the latest I-797. So, should i enter the old I-797 associated with I-129 or the new I-797 receipt number?
18. (c)(26) Eligibility Category. If you entered the eligibility category (c) (26) in Question 16 above, please provide the receipt number of your H-1B principal spouse's most recent Form I-797 Notice of Approval for Form I-129.
Does anyone know the filing fee format for H4-EAD application? Nowhere in the instructions it mentions about what modes of payment(Check/Money Order/Cashier Check) is accepted. Also, if checks are acceptable, who should it be addressed to? Pay to the order of who?
