    Hi Everyone,

So just a little background on myself so anyone can probably answer my question better.

I'm from Costa Rica. I came to the United States with my father 10 years ago. I currently live in the state of North Carolina. Im 19 years old.

I applied for the Deferred Action, and It was granted which now authorizes me to work and gives me a temporary status in the U.S.

So my questions is.. Can i apply for Advance Parole to go back home to Costa Rica and visit my mom that I have not seen in over 10 years?

What are my chances of getting approved? and will i have any trouble entering back the United States?

If anyone could respond, I would GREATLY appreciate it.

If you get the EAD, you should get the AP as well by applying it. There should not be any issue if you get a AP doc with EAD.
