How to get Interim EAD?
Currently here on L2 Visa
Filled for I-765 on January 27th
Request for Bio metrics and subsequent request for Evidence was send to wrong address. (that has been updated now)
Had Infopass appointment in July who set up Biometrics appointment.
July 6th completed Biometrics and now I have job offer that will expire on July 17th
Set up another Infopass appointment type which clearly states "interirm EAD" yet the officer was unable to help me.
We are looking at a six month timeline here and I risk loosing this great job offer.
How can I get TEMP EAD or Expedite my case?
