Hi,
I have L2-EAD (a-18) which is going to expire in Nov 2015 along with my visa. My I-485 application is also under process so I can apply for EAD under this category too (c-9 category)
I have to renew my EAD before it expires. Can i change the category from a-18 to c-9 during renewal? Or can I apply for fresh c-9 instead of a-18 even when a-18 is still valid for sometime. (I will not have to pay the EAD fee under C9).
