I have the 3 questions below that I need help with please;
1. My L2 was approved recently and its my first visit to US, to apply for EAD is it mandatory to have a SSN? or only i-94 is enough? Can I leave the SSN question blank in i-765 application form?
2. Is the eligibility criteria for L2 Visa Holder - "(a) (18)" ?
3. Current Immigration Status and Status at Last Entry in my case would be - "L-2 - Temporary Worker" is it correct?
