Hi,
My spouse (L2) will shortly be applying for her EAD. I understand this process can take up to 90 days for the card to be approved and issued.
My question is, are there are any travel restrictions for the L2 visa holder during this period? Must she remain in the US during the application period? If she were to travel back to her home country, is there any limit on the amount of time she is allowed outside the US?
