My employer filed for my green card the priority date for which is Nov 2009. My spouse is included in the application and we both have H1B visa's from our respective employers and also green card EADs. My employer has been laying off people for quite sometimes. Is is possible for us to change to switch our application to my wife's employer and keep the same priority date ? The employer is willing to do so if its legal and plausible. If now, what are our options ?
