Form-I-131 filed wrongly. Consequence on the GC application?

Hi,

I recently filled for my Family based Green Card application. I realized I filed my Form I-131 wrong, instead of filling for Advance Parole. I filed Re-entry permit even though I'm not a permanent resident or conditional resident yet. I got confused by conditional resident - thought this would mean the visa that I am in- F1. Now my question is will my Green card application be rejected based on my wrong filing of Form I-131? Please kindly help. I sent my application two days back.
