Hi All,
I am F1 student and have pending asylum application and have EAD because of my pending asylum.
I am graduating and applied for OPT but my application for OPT EAD got denied because of having another EAD.
"it would serve no purpose to approve this application since you already have EAD till May 2016"
Any thoughts? Please help! I want to switch to OPT and I am graduating next week.
Is there any chance if I apply for motion and explain to them to cancel my asylum EAD and give me OPT EAD?
