    EAD expired L2 GC current fillied

    Hi

    I have L1A with I140 approved and I485 filled in october.

    My wife is on L2 visa in her EAD expired in last august 2015. She keep working until know but filled new EAD in october (when her I485was filled), so between august and oct she didnt have valid EAD.

    will this situation be an issue?
