I have several questions:
1. What is AP renewal? I had one last year. Should I apply for the new one the same way I did it last year or there is some kind of "renewal" procedure?
2. Is it necessary to write a letter to INS with any kind of explanations or Adjustment of status reciept is enough?
3.Would like to leave the country at the end of April, but not sure that will get Advanced Parole by that time (applied couple of days ago since planned to leave US only on May - so it looked like there is enough time).
What can I do? Any options?
