Traveling to Ecuador with Advanced Parole

I'm an US citizen and my husband is currently under DACA and is Ecuadorian. We are thinking to apply for Advance Parole for him, so he can visit his parents in Ecuador, but his parents were telling us that he might receive trouble leaving from Ecuador to the US because he'll need permission from the police in Ecuador in order to leave Ecuador. If you have traveled to Ecuador under DACA and advance parole what what your experience?

What is the basis for his having to obtain police permission to leave the country. That would only be a requirement if he had legal problems in that country. Do the parents have a reason for suggesting this possible problem, other than hearing it from someone else?

My wife wife went india on Daca advance parole , you us citizen go with him , travel back with big air port because they no better about parole but once you came back they will take his finger print and photo, back ground check so make he don't have any crime or deportation or any inadmissible . AP is safe also , if any problem back with Quito airport contact near by USA embassy they will give him special cards go back us , they tell Quito airport let person travel to US
